Frank Moliterno

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Frank Moliterno is the co-founder of MODE Accounting Services, bringing over 32 years of expertise in taxation and accounting. Renowned for his approachable manner, high energy, and commitment to proactive, personalized service. Frank takes pride in building strong client relationships and helping businesses optimize their tax positions effectively.

As a Registered Tax Agent and ASIC Agent, he possesses extensive experience across various industries, with a particular passion for supporting and empowering small business owners.

Outside of his professional career, Frank is a dedicated family man and an avid supporter of the Tigers across all sports.

PERRY DE PASQUALE

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Perry De Pasquale is the co-founder of MODE Accounting Services, bringing over 32 years of experience in taxation and accounting.

A Fellow of the National Tax Accountants’ Association (NTAA) and a previous member of the Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce. Perry is deeply committed to supporting businesses with expert financial guidance. Before co-founding MODE, he successfully ran his own accounting practice for 12 years before partnering with his longtime friend, Frank Moliterno.

Beyond his professional career, Perry is a dedicated family man, happily married for over 20 years and a proud father of three. Perry enjoys watching sports, with a particular passion for the Sydney Roosters in the NRL and Everton in the English Premier League.

Peter Gulevski

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Peter brings 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting from the University of Western Sydney and has gained expertise across various areas of accounting and taxation. In addition to his accounting qualifications, Peter also holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing, further enhancing his strategic financial insight.

Outside of his professional career, Peter is a dedicated family man with two children and a passion for cars.

Racha Elmir

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Racha brings over 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with a strong academic background and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial services.

She holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Accounting.

As a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Racha provides comprehensive accounting and tax solutions to businesses and individuals.

Her expertise includes preparing company, individual, and superannuation fund tax returns, lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS), compiling annual reports, and managing PAYG payment summaries.

Beyond her professional career, Racha enjoys socialising, travelling and spending time with her family.

Johnny Gebrael

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Johnny is a highly experienced accounting and taxation professional with over 15 years of expertise in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Western Sydney and has developed extensive knowledge throughout his career.

His professional experience includes working in London, where he gained valuable international exposure. Johnny is committed to delivering financial solutions and providing strategic insights to support businesses and individuals.

Outside of his professional career, Johnny enjoys socializing and has a strong passion for watching sports.

Frank Moliterno

ACCOUNTANT
Frank has been employed by John P. Natoli & Associates from its beginning 20 years ago. He has developed a range of experience over this period of time in both taxation and accounting matters. He has a large client base of both non-individual and individual clients spreading across various fields.

Peter Gulevski

ACCOUNTANT
Peter has five years of accounting and taxation experience. He is a graduate from the University of Western Sydney, with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is currently completing the CPA program. Peter has experience in many areas of accounting and taxation. He is always expanding his knowledge and experience. Peter also has an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing.

Jorefhe Johnson

ACCOUNTANT/ADMINISTRATOR (MAIN OFFICE)
Jo has completed Bachelor of Accounting and Advanced Diploma in Business Management . She is expanding her knowledge and experience in the areas of accounting and taxation under the direction of a senior accountant. She attends to all administrative matters including HR issues, Payroll, Debtors, Creditors, writing off procedures as well as ASIC matters, company incorporations, trusts, self managed superfund establishment, and various special projects that come across her desk. You will find Jo to be very helpful and always more than happy to deal with your queries.

MICHAEL EL MIR

ACCOUNTANT (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Michael currently works as an accounting professional and a member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). With 10 years’ experience, he has specialised in providing taxation and accounting advice. In this capacity, Michael is responsible for providing accounting and taxation services for corporate, small businesses and individuals. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has earned a Masters in Accounting from the University of Western Sydney.

Racha Elmir

Accountant (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Racha has 6 years of accounting and taxation experience. She has completed Master of Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting. She is a member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). She is responsible for assisting accounting in preparing company, individual and super fund tax return, lodgement of Business activity statements, Annual reports and PAYG payments summary report.

KEVIN LAY

ACCOUNTANT (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Kevin graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. Kevin plans to start and complete the CA program. He is responsible in preparing financial information for completion and lodgement of individual and company tax returns.

MASSIMILIANO BIGONE

ACCOUNTANT (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Massimiliano has completed Diploma of Management and Bachelor of Business (Accounting). He assists accountants in preparing financial information for completion and lodgement of individual and companies tax returns, Business Activity Statements and various other financial statements. He speaks Italian fluently.

GEORGE SIMON

ACCOUNTANT (FAIRFIELD OFFICE)
George is looking after certain clients (Companies and Individuals). George currently holds a Bachelor of Accounting, completed a conversion course in Accounting at University of Technology Sydney. George is registered as a Tax Agent and speaks English – Arabic.

Wendy Kurcan

ADMINISTRATOR (FAIRFIELD OFFICE)
Wendy is the Administrator of our Fairfield office. She looks after Debtors, writing off procedures, company secretarial requirements as well as assisting the accountants. She has a strong commitment to ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Lynne Davenport

RECEPTIONIST (FAIRFIELD OFFICE)
Lynne has been with the company for 6 years. She provides administrative and secretarial support to the accountants, assists in meeting & greeting of clients, arrangement of appointments, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, lodgment of tax returns and general duties within the firm.

Pretcel Chambers

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Pretz has completed Bachelor of Accounting. She is responsible for assisting accountants in preparing tax documents for completion and lodgement of individual and companies tax returns, Business Activity Statements, Taxable Payments, Annual Reports and PAYG Payment Summary Report ensuring effective and efficient accounting and reporting. She is assisting with the management client's portfolio and act as point of contact for enquiries. She provides support to the Payroll Manager when peaks of work require and work flexibly with general administration duties.

Sandy Allecer

Assistant Accountant (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Sandy has completed her Bachelor of Accounting and Advanced Diploma of Business. She is highly organised, efficient and flexible to take on a variety of tasks from resort and sorting mail deliveries, managing all phone calls, arranging appointments, lodging of tax returns and will be the first point of contact for all clients.

JOEMICA TABARES

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Mica completed Bachelor of Accounting and been in the company for 5 years. She provided administrative and secretarial support to the accountants, assisting in preparing tax documents and lodging of Individuals and Companies tax returns and Business Activity Statements, answering client inquiries and resolving customer concerns and deal with emergency issues

JACKIE GERGES

RECOVERY OFFICER, JP (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Jackie attend to all duties relating to client services & complaints. She works as an all-rounder, assisting other staff members with all office matters. She is also responsible in organising office functions. Jackie is an excellent Public Relations Officer and a member of JP associations in NSW.
